Advantages of tube straightener
The tube straightener has the difference between the cold straightener and the hot straightener, which is firstly reflected in its use. Ø Straightening roller device
Each straightening roll assembly is mainly composed of straightening rolls, roll shafts, bearings, bearing seats, roll seats, and digital meters. The straightening roller is the key part of the straightening machine, and it has high requirements on the material of the straightening roller and the hardness of the roller surface, so the material is SKD11.
The hardness of the straightening roller after quenching is between 58-62HRC. The installation of the roller shaft adopts an opening and closing structure, which can ensure the runout of the roller and ensure that the dynamic movement of the roller reaches 0.02mm.
The straightening roll type is quasi-C type. The design of roll diameter, roll body length, roll distance and angle ensures that the bar has sufficient plastic deformation length in each pair of straightening rolls, and has sufficient deformation in the entire straightening process under the premise of meeting the load strength requirements. Stability, so as to effectively ensure the straightening accuracy and good surface quality of the tube (bar) material, and ensure that the surface of the straightening material has no roller indentation.
