Station post insulator contains two parts: porcelain body and top bottom fitting. It is used for insulation and connection between conductive body and grounding body.
CLD produces alumina ceramic post insulator. The product mainly consisted of alumina and silica. It has high dielectric properties and great mechanical performance.
Advantages
Different glaze(brown, white and gray) , which can protect the insulator’s surface from pollution and improve strength;
Metal fittings are all made from ductile iron or malleable iron, and all fittings are hot galvanized to get zinc layer.

We have QC person stay on the each production lines do to the inspection. All products must have been inspected before delivery. We do rountine inspection sample inspection and final inspection.
1. All raw material checked once it arrive our factory.
2. All pieces and logo and all details checked during production.
3. All packing details checked during production.
4. All production quality and packing checked on final inspection after finished.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: The general EXW delivery time is 35-45 days after order date. Anther, if you need is FOB ,CIF or CFR delivery time, we will advise after discuss according to your order exact situation and our production schedule.
