1. Features of metallised shielding bags
ESD shielding bag is used in the packaging of static sensitive electronic products, such as PC board, integrated circuit plate, CD driver, hard disk, and other electronic components. It is the first choice among all antistatic bags. The four-layer structure forms an inductive shield to separate articles in the bag from electrostatic field, preventing electrostatic damages. The bag materials are PET, CPP, PE, which feature good heat seal ability, tearing resistance and tensile strength. The bag is translucent silver gray and the content is visible. The production strictly accords with MIL-STD-2073-1 and MIL-B-81705-C standards.
There are many styles for choice, including flat bag, valve bag, zip lock bag, zippered bag, envelop bag, self-adhesive bag, three dimensional bag, etc. Customized styles and sizes are available. Special patterns can be printed on the bag as demanded.
